Xekanirelle : Of course, that is what BOD is. :) It is hard to NOT play against males as online FPS gaming is mostly males.

Times have recently changed and there are a lot more females playing now, but about 3-4 years ago, no-one could believe that females were playing on-line games at all. If they did believe it, then they figured that the ladies had to be fat and ugly with no lives! We created BOD just so we could find those male pigs and stick our guns up their arses. Ha Ha In today's gaming, those male pigs of the past are hard to find. I believe that in the beginning, we played to prove that ladies can play FPS shooter games and that we can kick ass in them. Now we play just for fun. We just play against any clan that wants to meet us!

Geek Woman What do you think of all the stuff in the news about violence in games?

Xekanirelle : The games are rated for a reason. Parents are the ones who are ultimately responsible for their children - if they think a game is too violent, then they should not let their children play them. Game violence is a lot tamer than any violence you see in movies and on TV. If a game is too violent and you can't handle it - then do not buy it.

Geek Woman Do you think that playing with a female avatar is more fun?

Xekanirelle : We like the idea of having female skins for our players; they show the gaming world that the player is a female. Unfortunately, the game makers need to understand that there are females playing and that we do enjoy being portrayed as such. How do you think a man would react if he had no choice but to play a female avatar? Of course, when they do make a female skin, they make it a bit too "feminine". For example, in SOF 2, the female character has an extremely high-pitched scream while the male character has a mere grunt.
